5 Tips For Turning Internet Marketing Ideas Into Compelling Content

You’ve managed to do it again. You had the most awesome idea for a blog post. You thought of the best headline that is sure to get you more clicks. You just came up with the most insane back door internet marketing strategy that will have the leads just flowing in.

… and then what happens

In the midst of that inspiring moment you tell yourself “as soon as I get home I’m going to start working on my marketing idea”. So some time passes and you try to recall you idea but it just doesn’t feel the same. Maybe you can’t recall it exactly or you just all together forgot.

This has happened to me so many times. Frankly before I got a handle on it i would get so frustrated and with myself because I could never hold the idea coupled with the inspiration that I had when I thought of it long enough to take the action of implementing it. Either I kind of forgot how I wanted to implement it or maybe some other internet marketing strategy blurred my vision.

Heres 5 tips I use to make sure I capture those ideas when there fresh.  Because as we know…  the best ideas come at the most inopportune moments. and also just a little insight about how I keep fresh juicy ideas on the burner.

1. Write It Down

90% of our ideas come when we aren’t physically in a position to start implementing them. Don’t try to remember or tell yourself you’ll come back to the the idea later. Write it down right then and there. It doesn’t matter what you right it on just as long as you can refer back to it later. Don’t trust you brain to recall what your idea at a later time.

2. Set The Stage For Great Ideas

Put yourself in a position to receive your most creative ideas. If you know you are most creative and refreshed in the morning, well force yourself to braining storm about internet marketing content in the morning.

If you know you become more creative every time you talk to a certain person, read certain material, or listen to certain audio then do more of it. Personally I am my most creative self during and right after I work out. My juices start to flow and I think of all kind of internet marketing content to write and shoot videos about. It happens every time and I so look forward to it.

3. Exploit Your Most Motivated Moments

When You find yourself just ridiculously motivated, force yourself into a brainstorming session. During this time your mind is in it most optimal states for creativity.

During this brainstorming session right down all internet marketing ideas you can thing of. Not only write down the ideas but write down why you think the idea would be effective. Continue doing this until you are tapped out of ideas.

Now that you have your marketing content ideas captured.

4. Ask Google

Find similar content on the internet to build on your ideas. Educate yourself about you marketing content and ideas so you know exactly what your talking about.

You can find so much marketing content by just searching google, wikipedia, and youtube. Don’t copy the what you find exactly but make the content your own. Put it in your own words or add your own spin to it.

5. Focus And Eliminate Distractions

Concentrate on creating your marketing content. Eliminate necessary distractions. If you feel like you’ve lost clarity and focus for the direction of the content you want to create, revisit steps 1 thru 4.
